After calling a few other companies I was fortunate enough to come across ORO systems. It was a delight dealing with them from the very start. Pierre and his team were polite and professional. His wife offered me an appointment the same afternoon to check my water softener that had developed quite the leak but I had to decline as I was at work. When I was able to meet up with him not only was he able to ressuract my 23 year old system that had never had maintenance done on it since I purchased it but not once did he push for me to purchase a new system. The best water treatment company. Pierre and his team really do care about finding a solution, while remaining honest. After having iron and discoloured water, ORO’s solutions were not just reasonably priced but guaranteed and actually work!
