“I normally do not leave reviews like this, but after reading this one, I felt I had to say something because I was there and heard the interaction for myself while I was in the room right behind the front desk preparing myself to tan.

The employee did welcome this customer, so that part of the review is simply not true. Every time I come in, she is always at the front desk, kind, calm, professional, and ready to help with anything you need. Since my first day coming here, I have never had a single issue with her. She has always been warm and respectful, not just to me, but to everyone I have seen her interact with.

I was also there when the discussion about the goggles happened. The employee did not call this lady racist three times. That is completely false. What was actually explained was that the $15 goggles were specifically for red light therapy, because that light is stronger and requires proper eye protection. The $2 disposable wink-ease goggles were not the proper or safe option for red light purposes, and that was explained.

What also stood out to me was that this customer seemed very focused on the cost of the $15 goggles, even though she was receiving a free week trial. On top of that, she was rude in the way she handled the situation as she was being very disrespectful with her words, very loud and aggressive, had no respect that she was in a quiet tanning and wellness salon where other customers are there to enjoy their time, and was very fouled mouth right to the employee’s face, which was unnecessary and disrespectful.

I just felt the need to speak up because this review does not reflect what I personally heard from the room. From what I also heard, the employee remained kind and professional throughout the interaction, even while being treated unfairly. As someone who comes here regularly, I can honestly say this staff member has always been helpful, welcoming, and respectful.“

Irene did my tan, and she took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The location was easy to find, appointments were quick and convenient, and the team was incredibly accommodating to my needs. “I’ve been coming to this tanning salon for the past couple of months, and it is honestly the best place. From the moment you walk in, everything feels so clean, welcoming, and well put together. The beds are amazing and always in great condition. The whole space just feels high quality.
