I see Lily for acupuncture and she is one of the most kind people I’ve ever worked with. She is very thorough, takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable. We often chat and laugh which helps the experience feel personal and stress free! Very clean, welcoming space. I would absolutely recommend anyone to try here.

Went for an RMT massage with Mr. Everett. The office was inviting and the receptionist, Pooja, was very helpful and kind in setting up my appointment and answering questions. The RMT, Mr. Everett, was very knowledgable and pointed out some areas i can focus on stretching and being more mindful of my posture. I intend on coming here again in the future!
