Brad did a great job from start to finish. We installed an Ella’s Bubbles walk in tub and removed our existing bathtub. Brad was able to save our existing tile that was still in great shape. We did encounter a problem as the tub didn’t fill up as quick as advertised. So Brad went the extra mile and installed two dedicated 3/4” lines directly to the tub. This improved the flow but didn’t totally solve the issue. Brad suggested the problem could be in our water softener which was 10 years old and showing signs of clogging. Very satisfied with the installation and quality of the product. I live in the west of Toronto and I called 5 different installers, 3 never returned my call, one installer had no idea when he would be available to do the install, but this fella promptly called me back, and gave me an appointment in less than 2 weeks. He showed up on time, was professional and clean, gave me a firm price, and time to complete the job. The tub cut out gives me a great deal of comfort knowing I can enter and exit the tub easily.
