I had the privilege of speaking with Cory. He approached me to offer help with choosing a portable air conditioner. Cory was incredibly knowledgeable of how they work, and how the Best Buy models compare. He seemed like a smart guy in general. He helped me make a much more informed decision. Madhu was also very helpful. I left my payment cards at home. I only had Apple Pay, but the value of my purchase exceeded the tap limit. He helped me find an alternative way to pay without having to return to the store.
Had a great experience upgrading my iPhone today with Bhargavi. The phone kiosk made it so easy to review my options, test out the models and go over the pricing without feeling any pressure.
