I brought my very senior mom in to pick up a flip phone. The associate was amazing extremely patient and made my mom feel welcome and not a burden. I wish I could remember his name. By the time we left the store, we were all set up.

The woman at the customer service desk was awesome! She helped me trade in my laptop no problem and walked me through the process. Geek squad clerks was not so great on the other hand. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes and they decided to take another customer to pay for something who just walked in front of me. Maybe they're not informed enough on policies but they also told me incorrect information about laptop trade ins and said I wasn't able to trade mine in if it was over a year old which wasn't the case. I'm only giving 5 stars because the people that worked at customer service were awesome!

I was Best Buy earlier today purchasing a Laptop and the sales associates Ishan and Dan were extremely helpful! They demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and were extremely patience throughout the whole process! They provided insight and were very supportive. I suggest going to this location. Thanks again for all the support and help it is greatly appreciated.
