Nick saved us again! On the cusp of a 45 degree week we noticed our outside unit wasn't spinning. Texted Nick and he responded within 10 mins, saying he'd be there within 2-4 hours. He showed up 15 mins early and everything was fixed 30 mins later. Luckily, we just needed a capacitor, but man, we were in a panic knowing the heat wave that's coming. Thanks again Nick, we'll never use anyone else for our heating/cooling issues!!!
