I have been doing reformer Pilates since 2020.I love my classes with Charlotte and look forward to every session with her. She is very knowledgeable, creative and encouraging. Her approach to every participant makes you believe that you are capable of doing anything. Charlotte is very dedicated and always looks for different ways of performing the exercises , so that you could use your potential and improve your performance and flexibility. I feel so fortunate to have found a wonderful instructor

I have been coming here for few years now. The staff are amazing. They’re friendly, kind, & understanding people. I come here for physio , massage & Pilates. Laura is a great physiotherapist. Kaitlyn is a wonderful massage therapist. Katerina is a great Pilates instructor. I also had a chance to work with other Pilates instructors & they’ve been all good to me. Special shout out to Kelly for always being so helpful & very quick to respond to my messages.
