Jacob shot our wedding in September, and he was amazing to work with! Hes so kind and very communicative, always making sure all our questions were answered quickly. In addition to getting all the photos we requested, he also made sure to capture moments we didn't even think of. Jacob is such an amazing photographer!! my boyfriend and I decided to get some photos done during one of his mini sessions and it was both of our first times get professional pictures taken and had no clue what to do or expect. Jacob surpassed any expectations we thought we had about the experience. He made us feel so comfortable and led us when we didn’t know what we wanted, he was so patient and caring!! you can truly see that he loves what he does and was always open to answering any questions and wanted us to be happy with the pictures and the whole experience. I would recommend him to anyone who asked me for a photographer and have since we’ve met him!
We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Jacob and his team at Jacob Medler Photography. From the very beginning, with our engagement shoot right down to our wedding day, Jacob offered tailored packages with affordable pricing, while still allowing us to get exactly what we wanted — both photos and video — without feeling like we had to compromise on anything. Jacob was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, not just with photography but with all aspects of the wedding. He even helped us build a detailed timeline for the day, which made everything run so smoothly. On the day of the wedding, he made the entire experience stress-free, easy, and genuinely fun. The way Jacob captures emotion is what drew us to him from the very start, we really wanted real emotion and candid shots. Whether it was laughter, happy tears, or quiet in-between moments, you can truly feel the emotion and joy of the day in every single photo. He has an amazing balance of posed shots and candid moments, capturing everything so naturally and beautifully. We really believe, not a single moment was missed. His turnaround time was incredibly fast! we received all of our photos and video back within three months, which was such an amazing surprise. And to top it all off, Jacob ended the night with the sweetest bonus surprise for us but I’ll leave that as a surprise for future couples. He truly knows how to make you feel special and his love for his career really shows. We truly can’t thank Jacob enough for giving us memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
