Had them look at our water damaged bunk door on our hybrid. Everything was explained very thoroughly giving me confidence they had the expertise to fix it. Left it with them and it was completed ahead of schedule and to our satisfaction with friendly service all the way through.
Would certainly recommend them for others who need after market RV repairs.

We can’t thank this technician enough for his incredible service! After being away for three weeks, we returned to our Winnebago trailer in Grand Bend to find the air conditioner not working—and it was HOT. We were desperate and started searching online Thursday night for mobile RV techs in the area and found him. He answered right away, was friendly, professional, and asked all the right questions to help assess the issue.
He booked us in for the next morning (Friday at 9 AM) and we were prepared to pay the $2600 to replace the whole AC unit. But when he arrived, he took off the cover and discovered the real issue—clogging from that big white fluffy tree pollen that falls every year. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, he cleaned everything out, fixed the problem on the spot, and only charged us a very small, fair fee.
His honesty, kindness, and quick help truly saved the day. We’re now back enjoying our trailer at Ruston Campground, cool and comfortable. We won’t call anyone else from now on and will absolutely be recommending him to all of our friends here. THANK YOU!! 🙏🚐❄️

This is a gem of a place! We've had horrible experiences with big box RV service places and we drove over an hour to take both of our trailers to Gerry and Nathan. It's worth the drive, they're excellent at what they do and fair to boot! We've never had an issue with our trailers since they started servicing them a few years ago! Would highly recommend 👌

Nathan is a life saver! We have a 2000 pop up trailer that would not go down after getting stuck half way. This amazing business keeps older parts from campers from being trash in landfills. We were hopeful that they would have the lower crank assembly for our old Coleman, or make something work. Unfortunately they did not. Nathan told my husband what we needed and Coleman sent us the part after we purchased it on line. The day after the part was taken to Nathan he had our pop up in working order again. A lot of places will not even try to help you with an older model. Everyone wants new. This business has super honest, hard working employees like Nathan. We were so very impressed with the service we received! We would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
