Due to language barrier she rudely told me I'm not explaining the entire tax process to you when she didn't understand all I was asking for was the File of your documents you get from them in a pkg at the end of tax appt.

Also H&R helped me do a re-assessment of taxes, my first and the CRA didn't have my document support so I asked if they reached out to her to get them as H&R deals with CRA for you regarding the taxes they filed. I told her they already paid me hence why I asked did they reach out and her response was they can take up to 8 weeks to re-review when I told her they already did and paid me again in a second email clarifying and again asking her if they got what they needed she never responded, which I consider unprofessional.
It's hard to deal with someone who can't communicate thoroughly or even respond.

Update: Manager reached out and was able to respond to my inquiry, very helpful (as I needed to know I was square with Government!) and is reaching out to the branch to help them with response to customers. This action of follow-up on issues in order to correct kept my business.“
