This is our second home with previn court homes, the first being during Covid and Mirna and Giovanna went above and beyond then to make sure we got exactly what we needed. So, it only made sense to go back to them when we decided to sell and buy a bigger home. They came through for us in all aspects, including recommending an amazing realtor that made the transaction a quick success. When issues arose with closing dates on the new home and the financial broker we were working with, Mirna went to bat for us with the builders to ensure we got the required changes. We bought our second home from Previn Court recently and really appreciated the customer service. Mirna and Giovanna were great and provided exceptional customer care and support. Our original plans were to downsize and buy a resale ,but when plans changed we didn’t hesitate to buy again from the same builder. A smaller boutique builder provided us with custom quality and service you don’t get from anywhere else. 9 ft ceilings on both levels is a nice touch not to mention the outside potlights.
