Been going to Doug's for over 20 years. Followed him from Beeton to Alliston. Only mechanic I trust for repairs I can't do myself on all of my family's vehicles. Let's me know what else needs immediate attention and what can wait. He has unparalleled knowledge and attention to details. I recommend him to everyone that needs automotive repairs. Never upsells or tries to get extra work for unnecessary repairs like other shops. I pray he never retires.

I was stranded with a broken car, in an unfamiliar place, far from home. I put my trust in Doug Parmenter Auto Services, and I’m so happy I did. They were by far the nicest and most honest mechanic I could have stumbled upon. I definitely recommend them to anyone and will be back when we move to the area.

Are they expert? I believe so. Are their prices fair? Yes. How about after care? First rate. I requested high performance maintenance at 125 on my '04 Corolla. So glad I did. Runs great, and if a bit pricey (quality costs), they did it right. So full marks.
