We had our air conditioner serviced by Holden Gould of Don’s Heating and Cooling. He was on time, professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Don’s Heating and Cooling often sends out flyers in your mailbox and this is how I came across this company. It’s peace of mind to know they offer many services all in one place. I had Guri come by today as a technician to check my AC, and he was extremely helpful. He checked everything throughly, including the furnace and HRV, and showed me how to clean and maintain it properly. He also checked the AC and explained that the switch behind the unit on the wall needed to be turned on, as it had been off. He made sure they AC had power and was working properly. In addition, he showed me how to rinse and clean the AC to prevent any blockage. Guri was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout the visit.
