“We stayed at the Chateau this past weekend. I was gifted a spa day from my partner and couldn't be happier. I had three treatments while I was there and I must express my pure delight with two of the wonderful service providers. I had Nordria for my pedicure. She was so friendly and passionate about her job. She went above and beyond with my pedicure even to the extent of accommodating delaying the polish part of my pedicure until after the couple's massage my partner had booked. Will certainly book again with her on our next trip. The other outstanding member of the team was Louise who performed my massage. I can honestly say it was the best massage I ever had. I almost do not want to post the review for fear that she will get too busy to book again! The pressure she used, the techniques, her consideration for my comfort all showcased her expertise. It was a lovely day at the spa and I will certainly be back.“
