Unfortunately I believe these gentlemen have surpassed their capabilities. Purchases a dual system from them a year ago never worked properly. Had them come and service it several times and still didn’t work properly after I paid for extra services call. In the end had to call another company to come and fix the issue, which was the setting on the machine. Supposedly they were fighting each other.Would not recommend this company as you will have to pay several time for service call until the system is properly set up/ operational.

Said he would be here at 10. Had another call. Didn’t let us know. Thinks I can’t pay the amount so made a judgement about how he could treat me, I guess. Told me to call someone else even though he knows how bad my water quality is. I simply suggested that a quick call from him or his secretary would help me, the waiting customer to adjust their schedule to accommodate the change. Then hung up on me. I would not advise anyone to use a service that makes its priority clear- make money, and treat people you determine don’t have enough money like they can just swing in the wind till you’re ready. And in a small town too. Not like word doesn’t spread fast.
