Recently I had the pleasure to meet with Vally. I needed to change my air-conditioner which was over 16 yrs old. I contacted several lennox dealers through the Lennox website for quotes and VMP home was one of them. Vally was professional and very polite, he explained and gave me several options. After choosing the one best suited for me I asked about the furnace. I told him my budget and VMP Home prices were the best among 4 other competitors.
