Serena is AWESOME. I hate getting waxed but she is so good with it. She’s got the sweetest demeanour but also just feels like you’re hanging with a girlfriend. She’s also done my pedicure which was also great. Highly recommend her
We hosted our second annual Empire Life spa day at the Ajax location and had a blast! I would recommend having an event here as it was private and accessible with plenty of parking.
I have visited this place for eyebrow threading and upper lips waxing. Serena did amazing job, threading was painless, without a single tear. She is very sweet and polite. Would highly recommend this place if you are ok to spend some$$ for yourself for great service and experience.
