"I was in the salon that day and I couldn't help but notice the interaction between the esthetician and this lady. I have to say, I was impressed with how patient and polite the esthetician was, even when the lady was being quite difficult. The esthetician offered her several color options and even showed her different shades, but the lady seemed very hard to please.
I was surprised to see this review claiming the esthetician was rude and unhelpful, as that wasn't my experience at all. Additionally, I've been going to this salon for a while now and I can confidently say that their sanitation standards are top-notch.
SoHo was very busy when I called. I explained what I wanted done. Because it was a small job(eyebrow shaping and waxing), the Customer rep asked me how far I was from their from their place.When I told her about 5 min, she said, come now and we will take care of it for you. I was in and out in 10 min or less. I was happy and appreciate that they took me instead of having me waiting for the many folks that were doing their manicure and pedicure. The place was clean and had a nice esthetician did the job quicklyWell done SoHo!

Usually like this place.Got pedicure today. Bottom of feet are still very rough. Didn't shape the nails at all. Didn't file the tops so everything looks bumpy. Got paint all over my toes and didnt bother cleaning it. No idea why I spent money on this. There was no line up.
