FINALLY! I have found my clinic! This is by far the best clinic I have ever been too! I have wasted thousands of dollars at numerous clinics over the past decade.The staff here are very friendly. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. Staff are honest and knowledgable. This is the best Botox I have ever had in my life! I am over the moon! Oh and they always have deals! Best prices I have seen in the industry.I specifically recommend Anna, she works magic! She was honest with me right from the get-go and never tried to upsell me on products. Anna is down to earth, very personable and she knows her stuff!100% recommend Skin Vitality.
An overall pleasant experience! The receptionists were very nice. Lisa was a gem -- she really worked with me to ensure I could do what I wanted to do without compromising too much. Maggie is a pro at what she does and is very efficient. The clinic is located right beside Shoppers. Parking is ample, but the plaza is quite busy. I look forward making many regular visits here. They have a great group of staff to ensure you have an excellent experience.
From the booking , to the consulting to the actual procedures, the experience here has been 5 star. All the ladies provided exceptional customer service and care, especially Lisa and Sherline. Thank you ladies for making me feel so welcome, educated and comfortable. I will most definitely be returning to your clinic! :)
