My wife and I were freaking out after seeing a swarm of yellow jackets while doing some yard work. Called him and he happened to be free. He came over within a few minutes the day we called to get the bees nest exterminated in the late afternoon.
He also sealed off some wall that the bees might try and nest again around the premise, so he went over and beyond.

Very fast to respond and has provided me with a humane difficult attic raccoon removal and secured the access properly. Karim inspected the attic and explained his findings, the process and education of raccoon traits.
I also had him successfully remove and dispose of a very difficult wasp nest under a second floor soffit. Also vary successful.

The only complaint is that he should be charging more.
