Roy did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. I originally called him to install a light and switch, but we quickly found out there was a bigger issue. There was no power going to the exterior light and veranda area. Roy took the time to troubleshoot it properly and figured out the problem, even though other electricians were not able to find the issue. He did not make the job complicated. He was straight to the point, knowledgeable, and found a solid solution. He also installed an outdoor outlet with tech cable, replaced an existing stove plug, wired it back to the panel, and was nice enough to replace some receptacles and covers as well.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with RAEM Electric and especially Roy, I felt this one was absolutely deserved.
To be honest, I’m usually very skeptical when dealing with contractors and trades companies because of past experiences involving inflated pricing, poor communication, and subpar workmanship. Roy and the entire team at RAEM Electric were the complete opposite of that from start to finish.

Roy is professional, efficient, very kind and personable and is quick to respond. You can tell when someone loves the work they do, is passionate about it and has plenty of experience. He was honest and took the time to explain the issues we were having and why. We are so grateful to have clarity and have all of the problems we had, now resolved and fixed! Such peace of mind especially for work like this. We will only be contacting him for any electrical work to be done in our home moving forward. We strongly recommend going with him!
