Don't use them.

The maintenance guy in my building (78 Harrison Garden) recommended them so I thought it would be fine. Not impressed, tried to charge me for more work than needed and was in my unit for 58 minutes but charged for 1.5 hours.

Scam

The guy fixed our toilet then he said if you pay in cash you won’t pay taxes so we did he calls my property manager Jonathan a month later and says we didn’t receive the payment ? I’m like why is he calling you instead of me? I lied to him and told him that I have hidden cameras in my suite and if he wants payment he can take us to court 10 minutes later my property manager calls me and says it’s a miracle they found the cash! Lol

Totally understand why the low rating on this company. Horrible customer service and they are plumbers that don't actually plumb??!! Tons of better companies out there save your money!!
