Staff was professional but came a few hours later than the appointment. They $550+HST for a kitchen faucet that appears to be a generic pullout one less than $200 and they did not tell me what model they are gonna install until I saw it on-site. But what made me write this review is that they asked for my credit card info twice both over the phone and on-site. I offered them direct deposit payment but they refused which led me to believe they are asking credit card info for shady reasons! I had my credit card hacked a few weeks ago and this sounds like an easy way to get scammed again IMHO. Poor company policy.Service: Plumbing services

They visited to take emergency measure on pin hole in our condo and messed up big time. They did work without any precautions which bursted the pipe and damaged our condo due to lots of water. They provided us report of incident and they mentioned pipe with pin hole just serve our condo and they did shut the valve which didn’t work.GUESS WHAT I sent different plumber after few days and guy said pipe doesn’t belong to condo and it is a common condo pipeline which can be only fixed when condo shuts the water. After that they agreed that it’s a common condo pipeline and then also didn’t agree that they did any mistake.I would highly suggest anyone looking for plumbing...read full review
