Did an online shop @ this treasure of a tack store. Everything was ready and put aside for me. Next time I will make sure I have the time to do a proper browse and shopping. Prices are realistic and staff was lovely

Ordered a gift online but chose the wrong size. Contacted Picov’s thru email and Mel was great, very responsive and helpful. I had to wait for new stock (size) to arrive but when it did Mel let me know. I arranged to exchange the item in person and the shop staff were very friendly, helpful and made the transaction easy to do.
I’m not a horseperson/rider. I was impressed by the variety of items available in the shop and the prices. From what I could see, there’s a great selection of clothing, hats, boots and accessories as well as tack/gear.

I was searching for a specific girth I had seen on Picov’s website and wanted to confirm it was in stock, not on backorder. When I called, two incredibly helpful and professional ladies answered all my questions with patience and clarity. To my surprise, my order arrived the very next day!
