Went to Picov’s today to buy my 3 year old daughter her first pair of cowboy boots. The customer service was amazing and the lady who helped us was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My wife and I will definitely be going back there to shop. Thanks Picov’s!
Great service, ordered a Myler bit that I shopped around for turns out it was a hard one to find. Not only did Picov’s have it but they had it shipped out and delivered to me so quickly. Will definitely be a return customer.
Finding tall boots during covid has proven to be difficult. The website showed they had the size I was looking for. I called the store & the lady measured the boot for me.. Thank you! I placed the order on Friday, Feb 25th. The boots were shipped out on Monday, Feb 28th & delivered to my house (in Alberta) on Friday, March 4th. Elaborating on how finding tall boots have been difficult lately. None of my local equestrian stores have any boots that fit me. Some stores have been waiting for overdue shipments for months. Unrelated to Picov's, I ordered a pair of Ariat tall boots directly from Ariat in Jan 2022. The boots were lost in transit ☹️
