Booked an appointment for 9a on Sunday, March 22, 2026 you think the shops open ready to serve clients, NO. I get there AI message bot and I am to hold on and someone would get back to me. I receive a message that the barber is ill and hospitalized. After that they offer me to go to another location which is 45 minutes away. He then says he’s cancelling my appointment, well it was never honoured! This was a complete fail and they have 1 barber for 4 chairs and it’s over priced! Go and support your other local shops that have staff and don’t make excuses! And to my amazement the shop is now open 2.5 hrs later with clients on the chair getting their hair cut!

Went here last week for a hair cut and it was one of the worst cuts I’ve had. Told the guy to trim the tiniest bit off the top and the first thing he did was cut everything off the top. Also charged almost 100$ for a cut and fade.

The haircut was nice and Benzo was friendly, but $82 after tax and 15% tip was insane. I did not get anything special, and I also seemed to not receive the 30% discount after going on one of the specified days.

**** Update: Mr. Dwight contacted me directly and was very professional and courteous. He listened carefully, addressed my concerns, and ensured the issue was completely resolved.

I booked a 45 minute fade showed pictures, and even explained the grade I wanted. Stylist spent only 20 minutes and didn’t do anything close to what I asked for. The result is really disappointing. It’s not about the money it’s about the service. I didn’t get what I paid for. I’ve reached out to support and will update this review once I hear back.
And just because it was late in the day doesn’t mean the job should be rushed just to finish. Professionalism means providing the same level of care and attention no matter the time of day.
