He diagnosed three possible causes for the leak coming through my dining room window during heavy rain without trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. He came back the following day as promised to install gutter guards and a shield, and cleaned out my eavestroughs. The price was fair and reasonable. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who just tells you what you need and does the job well — Tony is that person. Highly recommend.
