We had MaKenady Construction renovate the main floor of our home by removing a load bearing wall and replacing it with a recessed beam.To accomplish this, they had to reroute HVAC supply and cold air return lines, plumbing water supply lines, plumbing drain lines and vents and of course electrical. They needed to access our finished basement ceiling cavities in order to reroute HVAC.All of this was done to accommodate our new kitchen, remodeled main floor bathroom and new, larger foyer closet.Scott and his team were on the job 5 days a week and 8 hours a day until the job was complete and we were 100% satisfied.They were on budget and on time with the reno.They worked... read full review
I've used this company for a major project for a multi-million dollar facility auto garage/dealership in Whitby, ON. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the process and assist me throughout the process because I was not knowledgeable on something of this magnitude. Scott Guillot is very knowledgeable with commercial construction. And he made good choices in his sub trades for instance electrical, plumbing, and other trades. I am very happy with my building. Scott and his crew recently put in a downstairs bathroom, flooring in two bedrooms and hung a door for us. He is always helpful, punctual and willing to fix anything that may not be working correctly or to our liking. I would highly recommend Scott and his company for any work that you may need done at home.Services: Install flooring
