Kelly is a very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient optician. I had some issues with the eyeglasses and sunglasses that I first bought, and she was kind and patient while helping to resolve these issues. I now have two pairs of great glasses :)

Dr. Diana Yew, her assistant Lindsay Dale and the optician (whose name I can't remember and is not in their website :( ) are all incredibly kind and amazing at their jobs. The first time we came in was on a Saturday without an appointment and they very kindly made some space for us. We live in Mississauga, but we happily drive there every time we need any eye care.

The team at Rossland Optical Ajax is one of a kind (Arnold, Nadir & Dr. Diana). Remember being younger when you would go to the doctor’s office and they'd actually speak to you and care about you? Well that's still the case here. You're not just a number.Dr. Diana Yew is by far one of the best doctors we’ve seen. She’s personable and kind. She does her job diligently and professionally. I think it’s also important to mention that our four year old loved seeing her and insisted on making her next appointment on site. It’s hard to find good doctors now a days, so when we do they become doctors for life, even if we move. Dr. Diana Yew is a keeper.
