Elena is truly the BEST at what she does! I've been seeing her for roughly 6 months now for the removal of my hair on my upper lip and I can honestly say that I've loved the experience with her. I started to see results within the month mark, and the hair on my upper lip is either thinning out or completely GONE - success!! She is extremely kind, warm-hearted, caring, friendly, and very knowledgable when it comes to electrolysis and hair removal. Since I have a very fair skin tone and my hair is blonde, long, and thick, I wasn't qualified as a "laser" candidate. Her electrolysis services were great because she was able to treat my blonde hairs! I'm definitely going to miss our appointments together when my treatment plan is over.
