We have used District Stairs to complete several home projects. Marlon and his team have always exceeded our expectations with quality, workmanship and professionalism to detail. Marlon always insists on a final walk through of the completed project to ensure that we had no questions or concerns and that we were completely satisfied with the results. I had used another company to remove carpet from stairs and install new oak capping and sand and stain existing railing. That company did such a bad job and created so many issues. I had Marlon out for a quote and he diligently made note of all of the problems and explained how District Stairs would rectify. He assured me that I didn’t have to purchase a new railing. He advised it only needed to be sanded and stained properly and they would fix all of the gouging. So said, so done.
