“I am very pleased to write this review for my neighbourhood dental clinic, K.C. Dental.
My first impression of the clinic was excellent. The cleanliness is immediately noticeable, which is reassuring because hygiene should be a top priority in a dental clinic.
Dr. Heena Kauser is an efficient and confident dentist. She recently extracted two of my wisdom teeth, and I am recovering very well. She has also treated some of my cavities.
What I appreciate most is that Dr. Kauser took the time to explain why each procedure was necessary and showed me the X-rays so that I could understand what was needed and make informed decisions about my dental care. She is confident and knowledgeable in her work, and that gives me reassurance as a patient.
I also appreciate the hygienist, Paige, who did my cleaning gently and thoroughly and made the experience very comfortable.
The front-desk associates are also very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. They always greet you with a smile, which makes the overall experience even more positive.
I am very glad that my husband recommended this clinic to me, and I look forward to my upcoming appointments. I would definitely recommend K.C. Dental to others!”
