Amazing team of dentist but since recently some of the new staff is not that professional and friendly. I called multiple times and was hung up on, which is terrible. Otherwise I like the dentist and hygienist.
About Accel Dental
Accel Dental is praised for its caring and professional staff, particularly Dr. Sharma, who listens to concerns and explains treatment options in detail. Patients appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable environment, making children feel comfortable during visits. While the dental assistants and reception staff receive high marks, one reviewer noted an issue with the low lighting in the teeth cleaning room, which made it difficult to see the cleaning process. Despite this concern, the overall experience is positive, and many highly recommend the practice for its attentive care and professionalism.
