Crossfit LTD is an amazing gym. The owners and coaches are skilled, warm and welcoming. They motivate you to do your best while ensuring you keep safe. I have been a member for 2.5 years and have loved my experience there. I've made some amazing friends in that time and the owners go to great lengths to create a real sense of community. New members will absolutely love it here!

I began Crossfit at LTD in November 2015 and have been hooked ever since.Simon Barg is an amazing coach. His commitment and dedication to his craft and his members is second to none.Regardless of the size of the class, Simon is always actively moving around the gym, ensuring that he is attentive to each and every student.Simon’s nutritional knowledge, skill set with lifting and gymnastics and his ability to modify movements for members who may lack mobility or have injury/limitations makes the crossfit experience that much more enjoyable and do-able.
