Five stars is not enough for the incredible experiences I've had at Best Buy in Ajax! The incredible help, the follow through and updates while my home went through some renovation delays, the kindness, the support and the incredible teamwork I've witnessed here are just a few of the wonderful things I've appreciated so much with this store and team! Ken the store Manager, showed me SO MUCH kindness during a difficult time... a complete stranger to me, Ken went out and bought flowers after learning I had lost a pet days before. I did a post on facebook about it at the time, and family and friends couldn't believe the kindness I was shown that day !!... read full review

Overall, service experience was great with friendly and knowledgeable associates in store. However, the delivery experience was terrible as when the product was delivered, it was left outside our house without any notification. Luckily, we were home and saw someone leaving it outside, otherwise who knows it could have been stolen.

Best buy lost it's edge years ago. Now it's just a shell of it's former self. In 2025 they're so out of touch with online commerce. Bought a microwave online. Only to find out that the dimension listed online are incorrect. Went online to return, choose the option to return in store. Thought it would be fast and good for the environment and may even save some shipping cost to the company. Customer service don't know how to process the return using the online return email. They had to go back to order a receipt. At which point they cannot just refund back to the card used to order online. Instead they want you to tap or insert the same cars. When... read full review
