We have used this company many times now and it has always been a positive experience. Otto is fantastic and personable. He is also the only person, and there have been many, to actually take the time to look into our heat pump, that we inherited when purchasing the house, and the ideal settings for it with our thermostat. We have recommended them to neighbours who have shared our same positive experiences.

We had a new water heater installed today by Otto. He arrived on time, completed all work in a timely and efficient manner. All work was done carefully. Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend his company! He also does our furnace and AC maintenance.
