This facility moves a lot of clients in and out. You can feel rushed, but their service is usually very good. This is the only place I get my nails done to ensure they last multiple weeks.

We have used this nail salon for years and have always been impressed with their services. Today, we were exceptionally impressed with their calm composure and customer service when an angry customer came in. Shangri La consistently offers the best pedicures for the best prices. I've come here for years, and anytime I stray I find myself comparing them to Shangri la and wishing I had stuck with what I know. The original Shangri la on Garth Brooks just upgraded all of their pedicure chairs, and they are really something. They also began offering Gel-X, which I have really enjoyed. Though it does take longer to apply, it lasts at least twice as long as my former acrylics (usually 4-5 weeks). The shop is clean, and they take reservations for those wanting to avoid lines and waiting. They also offer complimentary drinks, both alcoholic and non.
