Okie Express Auto Wash offers a quick and efficient car washing experience with its advanced automated tunnel system, completing a wash, wax, tire shine, and blow dry in just 3 minutes. The friendly employees provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. While some customers have experienced issues with the vacuum stations and interior cleaning, the car wash itself receives high praise for its thorough cleaning, especially for bugs on the front of vehicles. The location is especially good for frequent car washes, with kind workers who often spray bug remover thoroughly. The Unlimited Club option and free vacuum use with any car wash purchase make it a convenient and reliable choice for car owners. However, some customers noted that the vacuum stations sometimes have stuff stuck inside and that the clothes for interior cleaning are not always clean. Overall, Okie Express Auto Wash continues to be a popular spot for quick, effective vehicle cleaning.
I had to go through the wash twice because it wasn’t shining my tires. Usually my tires look glossy afterwards. The nice employees were kind enough to do it by hand for me(why I gave 4 stars instead of 3). I was hoping someone could send maintenance and get this fixed. This is my preferred location and would hate to have to go somewhere else.
Good car wash and vacuum area. I REALLY wish I could go through the payment booth without someone approaching my car trying to sell me a monthly package or upgrade my wash. I understand the desire for increased revenue, but it's really annoying after a while...
I pay the full monthly unlimited amount. The people working the entrance should see what package I have. Most lately haven't been getting the bug remover sprayed across the vehicle. They may only spray one side sometimes. It doesn't seem to be different than when someone only pays the lesser amount. Occasionally one person will take their time and spray it thoroughly. I've paid the monthly premiums for a few years now and feel I should get the full treatment to clean my vehicle well.
