I read through the reviews, the good and bad and have no idea where those bad reviews came from. Me and my family really like Dr. Jim Brown, his nurses and the entire office staff, including the front desk. Before being scared away from the reviews, please give them a chance.

I have been a patient of Dr. Curtis Brown for over 10 years and have great respect for him, he has been an amazing Doctor. However, I have noticed a decline in the professionalism of the office in recent months. During my last few calls, the reception was unprofessional, with staff answering in a casual manner and failing to properly identify the office. Additionally, when no appointments are available, there appears to be a lack of effort to inquire about potential cancellations or to take my information.

As a result, I am considering switching to a practice that demonstrates greater concern for patient care

Not horrible but not as good as SSM Mustang. SSM is just more convenient. Just making an appointment is easier at SSM. The hold times are much shorter and they don’t have horrible hold music. Seriously, your hold music is horrible, and if you’re put back on hold, it starts all over again.
