We ended up with a leak in a really tough spot, and these guys were great to work with from the beginning. They brought out the right equipment to find it and were very fair on pricing once they saw what was going on.
It turned into a bigger job needing a whole new line, but even though they were a few weeks out, they didn’t just leave us dealing with it. They set up a temporary line so we wouldn’t keep running up our water bill while we waited.
When we realized there was still an issue, they came right back out, took care of it, and didn’t charge any emergency fees—which we really appreciated.
Shout out to Caleb, from Langstons Plumbing, who not only came out super quick on a Sunday to fix our plumbing issues, but after he was done, my husband went to check on him and he was cleaning our bathroom “to sanitize it” ? That’s is just too presh, and going above your call of duty! Thank you Caleb, you were very kind and super efficient! Langstons is blessed to have you as part of their team!

Outstanding service. Good honest hardworking people. In all these years of relying on them, they have never let me down. Plumbing issues don’t always give notice and never comes at a good time. Becky always does her very best to get things done. And it ain’t easy when each day presents new customer emergencies. Shout out to Caleb too. He is my go to guy. He knows what he is doing and he is just an all around good guy that really wants to help his customers in the best way possible. He truly cares. Thank you Langston Plumbing you are definitely continuing to honor your Grandfathers legacy.
