Neal and his team have not finished my outdoor project. The work was contracted back in October. I have not received any communication on project status or getting a refund.They also already took the full amount from my credit card.Delays are completely understandable; however, the lack of communication is not.

Replaced retaining wall with railroad ties (and did a good job with this), replaced wooden stairway (sturdily built, but was fully open on back and sides and resulted in huge sink holes as soil washed out. Handyman had to dig out, repair/close off stairs, and backfill terrace), replaced fence (recently have learned that none of the metal posts installed were concreted in, resulting in fence rippling and back gate not staying closed). I think this company can do really good work, such as the retaining wall, but cut corners won’t be immediately noticeable and can cost substantial repair bills to go back and fix.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I DO NOT recommend this company. The first thing they did was start working without having the yard marked and cut our cable line. The owner, Neal Haggard, never even called to tell us. Finally realized our cable wasn't working and had to call him to verify after he already knew about it. Then, when they finally "finished" the fence they left a huge gap in the double gate. Neal Haggard promised that he would fix it and then they never came back and just stopped taking my calls. The owner is a syrupy sweet salesman but was hard to pin down after he got his money.
