I wouldn’t even give a star if it allowed me. I dropped off my taxes 3 months ago. No response in 3 months. I called and called with promises to work on my taxes. Now it’s almost past tax time and I begged to pick up my taxes so I can go somewhere else. Horrible customer service do not recommend at all.
