Had a great visit from techs from Ron's. If you've had previous experience with them but it left you wanting more, be aware they have a new office manager who cares to do business right and truly, it is a night and day difference from previous negative experience. Showed up on time after texting to let me know when they'll arrive (which, BTW, was at the appointment time which in itself makes them outshine the competition) , presented a professional attitude including appearance, cleaned up after themselves, and even shut the gate when they left😄 Along with the fact that they efficiently performed the service I needed, for a good price, all that together certainly restores my hope that decent small businesses do still exist in small towns! Thank you to the team at Ron's, both in the office and out doing stuff (especially in this heat! You guys are awesome!) Absolutely great experience. Had an issue with our heat pump in fall, and technician came out at the time scheduled, behaved absolutely professionally, fixed it no problem. Had someone come out a couple weeks ago to do cleaning on my condenser fan and again, professional attitude and action, no issues, absolutely Excellent in my opinion. I very very very very very much recommend this place! Every time I've spoken with office staff, I practically feel like I am a part of the family, and actually valued customer. Any time I've spoken with their technicians/employees (I'm not sure what the people who come and work on your heating and air units are really cold, sorry it's probably not the correct term), they are just wonderful, explaining the answers to any questions I have in a way I can actually understand, and just as importantly not in the slightest making me feel like an idiot as I've experienced at other places. I wish all businesses could be staffed by the people that work here that would really make the world such a better place! Well… You know, just people like those who work here. I want the people who work here to keep working here 😄
