Our transformer sparked and our property lost power. Well within 20 min they had a truck on our property and got it fixed. Will say we were very pleased definitely one of the best experiences.

Horrible customer service, horrible management, absorbent deposits.. I moved from a 4,000 sq ft house in Sapulpato a 2000 square foot house in Chelsea. My electric bill is twice s much. With no rhyme or reason.. Ripping of your fellow citizens is not very Christ like. They are a monopoly.

Lost power at 5;30am and temp was minus 7 degrees. The service tech Brandon Lee was at my gate around 6:00 and had power back on by 6:30. Fantastic service especially considering negative 23 degree windchill!

An amazing company with customer service and support that truly goes above and beyond expectations! We put in a request for service on a tree that was threatening power lines on our property. They said someone would be out in a couple days, a tech showed up within an hour. When he left, he said a crew would probably be out to do the work sometime in the next 30 days. A crew showed up about 5 days later and had the tree on the ground in an hours time. We were left with a pile of branches and logs that we weren't expecting. We called and started an inquiry into why they left the piles. They said they would get back to us in a couple days with their response. A supervisor showed up at our door within 2 days and let us know that the issue would be resolved early in the following week. The very next morning the same supervisor showed up with a full crew and had the entire thing cleaned up within 90 minutes.
I know we all have options for electric service providers in the area . Personally, for my family and myself, there is no other choice in my book but NOEC. From Nick Bowers working on this on his end to Les Newkirk supervising in the field and making things happen fast, it was an amazing experience that I will share with anyone who's contemplating a power company in any area where NOEC is a provider.
