We had an emergency situation with a water leak under the house, requiring water be shut off to the house until a repair could be made. After calling to explain our problem, we were called back in just a few minutes to say they would get us worked in same day. When I called, I was told they were overbooked and would try to fit an appointment in.They ended up coming a day early and had the issue fixed in less than 30 minutes. The guys were super polite and helpful!
This company showed up and sorted us out when no other company was willing to make home service visits. Everyone tied up with new construction, which pays the same but is easier than fixing a problem. We had a serious problem that required a lot of diagnostics (snakes, cameras, digging, the works). Fantastic job, got us sorted out in no time. Would not hesitate to call these guys. They came all the way out to Jay / Zena. Very appreciative of their efforts.
