I called after 2:30 pm on a Friday expecting a rotten weekend with no A/C. Vicki took my call and sent a tech immediately. Billy arrived within a half hour. His quick diagnosis had me back in business before the close of bankers’ hours. WEEKEND SAVED!!Billy was very polite, very professional. I love the small town service.Thank you, Al’s!I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

Heat & Air heroes again!Out of town but our house sitter called and said there was water dripping into the kitchen from the ceiling around the canned light. I immediately knew it was the AC drain pan in the attic. I gave Al's Heat & Air in Tuttle a distress call. As usual they got right back with me. They would have someone available after a call in Newcastle and sure enough we had a tech arrive within an hour. This young man, Deacon, had to move a sports car that had a dead battery (another story) to get attic access. I called on Monday morning and they sent a tech out same day. Kathy was absolutely wonderful and Toby got my furnace running in no time!
