The manager Avery is outstanding. He does above and beyond what is expected. He is professional, knowledgeable, and always does his best to give his customers the best experience! My clothes look like new! Always great dealing with such a caring and efficient staff!

Even when Yale Cleaners are busy, they still make the "drop off" and "pick up" experience easy. They seem to be adequately staffed, and do quality work in a timely manner. My 8 yr old coat looks like new again. I'm very pleased.
