I had an issue with my garments that actually ended up being my fault and the general manager, Rome, dealt with it with absolute professionalism and grace.. I’m giving this place five stars for her customer service alone. She genuinely cares about the quality of the dry cleaning and is an excellent human in general. Thanks for all your help, Rome! Keep up the good work!

My initial experience was not the greatest, and I left a review reflecting that. However, I went back up there to explain my issue to the GM by the name of Rome, and she was EXTREMELY helpful, extremely understanding, and super considerate. She is a huge reason that my review went from a 1 star to a 5 star. There was an error on some of the employees end, and because of Rome, it is completely forgiven. The prices are amazing, and I will continue servicing my clothes at this location. Thank you Rome! You’re a gem.

Awesome cleaners and very professional staff! By far the cheapest price I've seen. In addition, their service and quality of work exceeds any other cleaner that I have used in the past! Thanks!
