First, I'd like to say I was pretty disappointed that I got NO meeting with the vet who did the dental and "wellness bundle" exams, especially after spending over $600. I expect I will be going back to his previous vet for all future exams, as they actually talk to you about your pet. Second, I received his vaccination certificate (only after having to ask for it, twice), and there are several "To Do" items listed. The list indicates wellness fecal, blood and urine screening and other things are still "to do", but I thought these things were part of the package I was paying for? Actual personal communication in thee office regarding included services and results seems to be poor to non-existent. Not impressed.

Unethical practices and unprofessional communication. My dog went to their daycare side and within 24 hours was in the 24HR emergency Vet clinic for missing pads on his feet. When I attempted to state the issue and request assistance, the person only said sorry and we'll watch him next time. BOARDING SIDE: I left for a trip across the country and the first day they contacted me 7x saying he wouldn't eat and was throwing up profusely. As I was busy that entire day and unable to answer all calls and texts, I had enough of the drama the girl kept calling me about as he was fine and in good health the entire 2 years I've had him. The next day this same actions continued and unable to work due to the amount of desperate calls and attempts at contacting me, I said to feed him chicken. In the end, $600+ later they said he had an ulcer, did services I did NOT say to do and still charged me. He took nothing since I returned and has been fine since without anything and healthy!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS FACILITY ON BOTH SIDES. The vet attempted to email me and was rude, sarcastic and would not return my contact with an actual call or email only send passive aggressive email statements and I'd respond but nothing but passed off the dog care to the other side. UNPROFESSIONAL and as a small business owner, THIS IS NOT HOW TO DO BUSINESS WOODLAND WEST! I have photos to attach but Yelp is not allowing it at this time.

I would not board my dogs there again at the Woodland West pet resort my 5-month Rottweiler and 3-month lab came home with bad habits there staff show the dogs to jump up on your shoulders. They also told me both of my dogs were missing shots and I was out of town. I know they didn't because they had gotten all the vaccinations because I told the vet we were going to board them at the Woodland Pet Resort and my pets had there rabies tags. The woodland west pet resort told me my pets couldn't be with the other dogs because they were missing some vaccinations so all they wanted to do is upsales. Plus we brought our own food and all the food must been given to other dogs that was two months of food for 7-days I'm very disappointed.

We take our dog here for boarding when we go on trips and when we go to Norman for OU football games. I like how they have suites that we can watch our dog.Their staff is knowledgeable and we'll call if there is an issue. Unlike some other dog boarders- they will feed your dog with food you bring from home. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Very happy with this place.

They will rip you off.. They will over charge you and under perform. The Vet will give you an estimate and say it will probably be less. The bill will always be higher than their estimate.

Been using them for awhile. They are never consistent with customer service. I've never had terrible service but it's never the same person that answers the phone, which is fine. Lack of consistency. They didn't update me about my dog when I boarded her and when I dropped her off I didn't really get to say bye to my dog. Felt like prison for dogs. Prices are average.

Never take you dog here for grooming! My daughter dropped of her beautiful Goldendoodle for a trim and she came back completely shaved. They did not call and tell her there was an issue or ask permission. They refuse to give her money back. The poor puppy is now depressed and sick with diarrhea from the stress. Do not trust these people with your pets!!!
