Ken was… fine. However, His receptionist is ridiculously rude, makes rookie mistakes and takes no accountability. Will not speak to me to dispute a bill even though it is coded wrong. Stay away.

Great clinic. He really listens to your concerns and addresses the problem accordingly. The girls are super sweet as well.

Had to take my 73 year old grandmother to visit Dr Warren and we arrived to check in and receptionist Jennifer was not welcoming, my grandmother had extensive groin and leg surgery and she’s still healing and in discomfort her appt time was 10:00am and she hasn’t been called back until 10:45 and Dr. Warren called a new patient back knowing he had his 10:00 appt here.My grandmother asked receptionist Jennifer how much longer due that her leg was needing propped and she responded in a rude manner “not long, you know you’re next and you can go sit in the room and prop your leg up until you are seen.”Rating a one due to poor service and wait time.

Ken is a great listener and very patient with children (in my case, teens) he takes time to ask questions and is great at exploring natural remedies. He is very knowledgeable but not arrogant. I appreciate his demeanor and experience.

I enjoy my visits with Ken because he listens. I like the fact that I can be honest with my children’s doctor on my opinions on natural health care and be listened to besides being dismissed. His feedback has been beneficial and I trust his opinions. He is the first doctor I have felt comfortable and trusting with my children’s health in a very long time.
